About the Jibhi Trek

Jibhi is a hidden gem of Himachal Pradesh's Banjar valley, easily accessible via the Chandigarh-Manali route. The highway route, along with the Beas River and with the massive Himalayan range as a backdrop, is one of the most scenic routes. The nearest airport is at Bhuntar which is in Kullu district and approximately 60 kilometers or 2 hours away from Jibhi. wooden houses on the path provide a scenic view, which is quite attractive. Jibhi is one such hidden gem that the rest of the world is unaware of it. Jibhi is a beautiful offbeat town in the Banjar region placed near Tirthan Valley in Himachal Pradesh which will indeed bloom your heart.       Best Time to Visit Jibhi

• March - Mid-July
• Spring/Summers with warm and sunny days are certainly one of the best times to visit Jibhi with temperatures from 20 to 30℃. It’s cool and breezy during the night in these months with temperatures from 12℃ to 15℃. The Jibhi valley is in full bloom during this season and gives wonderful views, especially through the mountain passes as the sky is clear during these months.
• Mid-July- Mid-September
• Rains in Jibhi during monsoons are unpredictable and can go for days non-stop. But people who love to spend time in the mountains during the monsoon can indulge themselves in sightseeing nearby areas and explore cafes in Jibhi. Weather in Jibhi during monsoons has temperatures of 15-22 degrees.
• Mid-September - November
• Rains in Jibhi rarely last till mid-September leaving a lush green panoramic view. Perfect time for trekking. One can spot different migratory birds during this time. The weather becomes chilly towards the end of October.
• December- February
• A perfect time for snow and bone-chilling winter lovers. While many treks are closed due to snowfall yet Jalori and Revel are open to experience knee-deep snow.

   How to Reach Jibhi

• The nearest airport is in Bhuntar in the Kullu district. It is 60 KMs away from Jibhi and it took around  2hrs  to reach Jibhi. You can also hire a taxi from Bhuntar to Jibhi.                                    
• The nearest railway station is at Shimla, it is around 160 KMs away and takes around 6 hrs to Jibhi. There is no direct service available from Delhi to Shimla, so passengers can change their trains in Kalak. A good opportunity for visitors to experience the iconic toy train from Kalka to Shimla.
• The simplest way to travel to Jibhi is by road, board a bus for Manali from Delhi, and disembark at Aut. From Aut, hire a taxi pickup or take another bus to Banjar, which is 8 KMs before Jibhi, and get a taxi from there. You can easily reach by car from Delhi to Jibhi. It is 493 km from Delhi. It took around 12 hrs 15 mins to reach Jibhi.
