Nag Tibba is believed to be the abode of Nag Devta (God of Snakes) erstwhile. Nag Devta is offered payers till date by the local villagers as a local deity who protects their cattle and them. The steep trek to Nag Tibba is about 8 KMs yet not that hard. The Nag Tibba peak is believed to be the highest in the Shivalik Range and bestows some alluring scenes. The majestic and never aging peaks like Swargrohini, Bandarpoonch, Kala Nag, Gangotri and the mesmerizing Doon Valley. Reach the base camp and witness the beautiful sunset. Sunrise should be viewed from the summit. The twinkling stars at night are just wonderful to watch at. This trek is one of the best and easiest weekend getaways and certainly worth a visit.
