- Lucknow being the pickup point for everyone, we will be driving from here in an AC bus for Nepalgunj taking about 4 to 5 hours.
- Post your arrival at Nepalgunj, a yatra briefing will be given in the evening at your hotel where you’ll be staying.

- Wake up early in the morning and proceed towards the airport where you’ll be taking the flight for Simikot which will be of only 40 to 50 minutes duration.
- Rest for a few hours at Simikot and then fly to Hilsa by Helicopter which is of 20 minutes duration.
- As all the members arrive at Simikot we’ll be driving to Purang where we’ll be staying overnight.

Helicopter Acclimatization at Purang
- Everyone will be acclimatizing at Purang on the first day and also might go for a short trek in preparation for Kailash Parikrama.
- Purang is a small town with many shops having necessary items that are required for further Kailash Mansarovar trek. Trekking sticks, water gallons for storing holy water of Lake Mansarovar, some packed juices and many other necessary items.
- Stay at Hotel Purang/Hotel Himalaya or similar.
Breakfast Lunch Dinner Stay Guide Purang to Mansarovar Lake
- Next day leave for Lake Mansarovar in an AC Bus covering the distance of 105 Km in 2 to 3 hours.
- Parikrama of Lake Mansarovar is about 105 Km and it will be done by bus only.
- Take a dip and perform some puja at the divine lake. You can also collect some water from Mansarovar in your water gallons.
- While coming back from Parikrama of Mansarovar you will also see a glimpse of Mount Kailash.
- Overnight stay at a guesthouse near Mansarovar Lake.
- You can also visit Mansarovar Lake at night or early in the morning (only if the weather is clear) which is the Brahma Muhurta to witness the divinity of the divine lake.

Sightseeing Transportation Stay Guide Mansarovar to Darchen
- From Mansarovar, it's a short drive to Darchen, which is the base of Kailash Parikrama and Asthapad Darshan.
- It is to be noted that we will only visit Ashtapad if we get permission from Chinese authorities.
- Overnight stay at Hotel Himalaya or similar.
Breakfast Lunch Dinner Transportation Stay Guide First Day at Parikrama of Mount Kailash
- Wake up early in the morning and proceed for the parikrama of Mount Kailash where first you will be driving to Yamdwar and after reaching Yamdwar your parikrama will start where you will be doing a trek of 10 Km.
- After completing the first 10 Km of parikrama you will see the north face of Mount Kailash and is considered to be the most auspicious.
- All those who will not be performing parikrama will return to Darchen from Yamdwar which is just 30 minutes away and stay in the guest house for 2 nights.
- It is to be noted that performing parikrama at Mount Kailash is not compulsory and is optional. There will be few people who will be performing parikrama by horse or by walking and few old age people who will not be able to perform parikrama will return back to Darchen. All the meals and accommodation will be arranged for 2 nights.
- Stay in a Guest House/ Dormitory.
Breakfast Lunch Dinner Sightseeing Transportation Stay Guide Second Day Parikrama of Mount Kailash
- On Your 2nd day of Mount Kailash Parikrama, you’ll be waking up early in the morning and start your trek of 22 Km which will be starting from Dirapuk and will be continued further to Dolma la Pass to Zuthulphuk.
- Here you’ll be trekking up to 18,600 ft height above sea level and is considered to be the most difficult part of the trek.
- From Dolma La Pass descend to Gauri Kund and further trek along the river to Zuthulphuk. Overnight stay at lodge/guesthouse.
- On your 2nd of parikrama, the first 6 to 7 Km (till Dolma la Pass 5600m) has a very steep climb and is the most difficult part of the trek. It is well-advised to all the yatris performing the parikrama to take short breaks and wherever you feel any problem don’t force yourself to trek further. After the first 6-7Km, the next 16Km trek is plain and downwards.
- You will also come across Shivasthal and Gauri Kund. Shiva Sthal is a sacred place for Tibetians and it is believed that whatever you offer here you will get it in heaven.
- After Dolma La Pass it is a pleasant trek and you will come across the east side of Mount Kailash.
- Overnight stay in a guest house/ Dormitory.
Breakfast Lunch Dinner Sightseeing Stay Guide Drive to Purang
- The 3rd and last day of Parikrama is just 8 Km and is completed by 9 to 10 am in about 3 hours.
- After the completion of your Parikrama, you’ll drive back to Darchen.
- Overnight stay at Hotel Purang/Hotel Himalaya or similar.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing to cancellations@planmypackage.com. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows :
- Booking Amount is Non-Refundable
- From 30 to 44 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the Total Trip Cost
- From 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 75 % of the Total Trip Cost
- From 0 to 14 Days prior to arrival or No Show : 100 % of the Total Trip Cost
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
In case of any adverse weather, natural calamity, local issues or Government orders, or any unforeseen circumstances happens during the Trip, Our Team would try at their level best to execute services as per itinerary but in case of it not happening, no refund would be processed. If in case, Trip couldn’t be started due to such unavoidable circumstances before starting of it, PlanMyPackage would issue a voucher for 100% of the amount which can be redeemed within 12 months from the voucher issuance date.
