Guide Kathmandu Sightseeing
- On your 2nd day of tour, we will be proceeding for Kathmandu sightseeing after breakfast covering some very famous and holy temples like Pashupatinath Temple and Jal Narayan Temple.
- Complete your preparation and finish your packing for the further yatra in the evening before dinner.

Sightseeing Transportation Stay Guide Kathmandu to Dhunche or Syabrubesi
- Early morning after breakfast we will be next moving to Dhunche or Syabrubesi in an AC bus.
- Dhunche is 2000m above the sea level covering 130 Km in about 5-6 hours, or else we might go to Syabrubesi which is 1600m above sea level covering about 145Km in 6-7 hours.
- Overnight stay in a guest house.

- From Sybrubesi or Dhunche we will be moving to Rasuwagadhi which is 1800m above sea level covering 15 km in 45 to 50 minutes.
- At Rasuwagadhi immigration and custom formalities will be happening as you will be exiting Nepal and entering Tibet.
- After the completion of all the formalities, we will continue to Kyirong county which is 3950m above sea level.
- We will reach Kyirong county in 3 hours covering 105 km.

- Everyone will be acclimatizing in Kyirong County for the further Kailash Mansarovar tour.
- Your entire day will be free, we might also go for a short trek in preparation of Mount Kailash Parikrama.

Breakfast Lunch Dinner Stay Drive to Dongba/Saga
- After your acclimatization, we will be moving to Dongba, post your breakfast.
- Till we reach Dongba we will be covering 335km in 7 hours passing through Thorong La, Paige-Tso lake and the iconic Brahmaputra River.

Breakfast Lunch Dinner Transportation Stay Guide Dongba to Mansarovar Lake
- From Dongba we will be going to Holy Lake Mansarovar for which you will be waking up early in the morning as it will take about 7 hours passing through beautiful places.
- Parikrama of Lake Mansarovar will be done by bus which will take about 2 to 3 hours covering 105km.
- We will be staying overnight in a guest house near the lake Mansarovar, from there you might also get a splendid view of Mount Kailash.

- Depending on the weather if you wake up early in the morning you might also experience the divinity of Mansarovar Lake.
- Take a dip in Lake Mansarovar and perform some puja at the lake.
- After performing the rituals we will move to Darchen which will take approx 2 hours.
- Overnight stay in a hotel.
Breakfast Lunch Dinner Transportation Stay Guide First day at Parikrama of Mount Kailash.
- It is to be noted that we will be driving to Ashtapad only if we get permission from Chinese authorities.
- Wake up early in the morning and proceed for the parikrama of Mount Kailash where first you will be driving to Yamdwar and after reaching Yamdwar your parikrama will start where you will be doing a trek of 10 Km.
- After completing the first 10 Km of parikrama you will see the north face of Mount Kailash which is considered to be the most auspicious.
- All those who will not be performing parikrama will return to Darchen from Yamdwar which is just 30 minutes away and stay in the guest house for 2 nights.
- Yatris who will be staying at Darchen will join other yatris on the 3rd day of parikrama.
- It is to be noted that performing parikrama at Mount Kailash is not compulsory and is optional. There will be few people who will be performing parikrama by horse or by walking and a few old age people who will not be able to perform parikrama will return back to Darchen. All the meals and accommodation will be arranged for 2 nights.
Breakfast Lunch Dinner Transportation Stay Guide Second day Parikrama of Mount Kailash
- On Your 2nd day of Mount Kailash Parikrama, you’ll be waking up early in the morning and start your trek of 22 Km which will be starting from Dirapuk and will be continued further to Dolma la Pass to Zuthulphuk.
- Here you’ll be trekking up to 18,600 ft height above sea level and is considered to be the most difficult part of the trek.
- From Dolma La Pass descend to Gauri Kund and further trek along the river to Zuthulphuk. Overnight stay at lodge/guesthouse.
- On your 2nd of parikrama, the first 6 to 7 Km (till Dolma la Pass 5600m) has a very steep climb and is the most difficult part of the trek. It is well-advised to all the yatris performing the parikrama to take short breaks and wherever you feel any problem don’t force yourself to trek further. After the first 6-7Km, the next 16Km trek is plain and downwards.
- You will also come across Shivasthal and Gauri Kund. Shiva Sthal is a sacred place for Tibetians and it is believed that whatever you offer here you will get it in heaven.
- After Dolma La Pass it is a pleasant trek and you will come across the east side of Mount Kailash.
Breakfast Lunch Dinner Stay Guide Drive to Dongba/Saga
- The 3rd and last day of Parikrama is just 8 Km and is completed by 9 to 10 am in about 3 hours.
- After the completion of your Parikrama, you’ll drive back to Darchen and get along with the other members of your group.
- Take some rest and then drive back to Dongba.
- Overnight stay in hotel.

- Drive back to Kyirong County covering 270 km in about 5 to 6 hours.
- Overnight stay in a hotel.

- We will be driving back to Kathmandu in an AC bus via the Rasuwagadhi border as you have to complete the immigration process there.
- It will take about 8 to 9 hours as you will be covering 265 km.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing to cancellations@planmypackage.com. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows :
- Booking Amount is Non-Refundable
- From 30 to 44 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the Total Trip Cost
- From 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 75 % of the Total Trip Cost
- From 0 to 14 Days prior to arrival or No Show : 100 % of the Total Trip Cost
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
In case of any adverse weather, natural calamity, local issues or Government orders, or any unforeseen circumstances happens during the Trip, Our Team would try at their level best to execute services as per itinerary but in case of it not happening, no refund would be processed. If in case, Trip couldn’t be started due to such unavoidable circumstances before starting of it, PlanMyPackage would issue a voucher for 100% of the amount which can be redeemed within 12 months from the voucher issuance date.
