Pathankot

Pathankot is one of the major and important cities of Punjab state. It is bordered by Punjab to the west and situated in the foothills of Kangar and Dalhousie. River Chakki passes by Pathankot at the border of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. Pathankot is famous for its scenic beauty and historical past. Pathankot has some historical tourist places like Shahpur Kandi Fort, Nupur Fort. It also has few pilgrimage sites like Mukteshwar Temple and Nagini Temple. Ranjit Sagar Dam, Atal Setu are some other tourist attractions in Pathankot.
