Namdapha National park is situated in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. It is the largest protected space in the state of Arunachal Pradesh of Northeast India with more than 1985 sq. km. It has more than 1000 flora and about 1400 faunal species. This park lies in the lower Eastern Himalayas and offers breathtaking views of various high peaks. Birdwatchers can spot several endemic and migratory species here. The endangered species of flying squirrel is found only at the Namdapha National Park.
