Malinithan

Malinithan is located northern bank of the Brahmaputra River in Arunachal Pradesh. It is an archaeological site that includes ruins of the Hindu temple of the early medieval period.it is placed at the base of the Siang mountains in the Likabali, and one of the prominent attraction of the state. Its ruins indicates the temple is made up of granite stones during the period of Aryan belong this region. This is unique features because northeast temples are built with bricks. There are so many things found during the excavation process four sculpture of lions, two elephants, Nandi bull, Surya riding a chariot. Some erotic sculpture also found in different postures, which indicates at the time when the temple was giving rise, tantrism prevailed that here fertility rite of the tribal community
