Chidiya Tapu

Chidiya Tapu is one of the popular tourist attractions in Andaman and it is famous for its wide range of birds and this place is heaven for bird lovers and also for wildlife enthusiasts. In the skies, many of the migratory birds can be seen. Chidiya Tapu is known for mangrove forests, this is located at the southernmost tip of South Andaman Island. Along with bird watching, this place is also famous for its trekking path, picnic spot and spectacular sunset views. The Biological Park at this tapu has a wide range of flora and fauna. One of the most important attractions of Chidiya Tapu is its sunset point. The amazing view of the sun as it scoops into the Bay of Bengal. Chidiya Tapu also has a mini zoo. The beach near Tapu is very rocky. Chidiya Tapu is worth visiting.
