How to Reach Solang Valley
Solang Valley by Air
Solang valley does not have its own airport, The nearest airport is in Bhuntar that is 61 km away which takes around 1 hour 50 minutes to reach. Bhuntar has regular flights from Delhi the distance between the two places is 411 km and the travel time is approx 1 hour 30 minutes. The cheapest flight that one can get will cost about 3800 INR.
Solang Valley by Train
The nearest railway station is in Joginder Nagar. From Joginder Nagar to Solang valley one can hire a cab to travel. The distance between the two is about 155 km which takes around 4 to 5 hours to reach the Solang valley.
Solang Valley by Road
Solang Valley is a hill station destination. It is easy to access the place by road as it directly leads one to the Solang valley. One can travel by car or cab from Delhi to Solang Valley. The distance is around 545 km it takes ideally 13 hours to reach the Solang Valley. One can also travel in private buses with a variety of options to travel, on overnight journeys of the semi sleeper bus type which cost approximately 1000 INR for travel.
