Things to Carry

ID Proof: Valid ID card issued by Government.
Clothing for winters: Warm clothing comfertable shoes (Fleece jacket, lowers, shorts, woolen & cotton socks, thermal wears), cotton towels & other comfortable regular wears.
Clothing for summers: T-shirts and shorts,comfertable shoes, hats, cotton towels, cotton shirts and pants & other comfortable wear
Toiletries: Lip balm, wet wipes, sunscreen, skin moisturizer.
Medical Related: Personal medicines (if any), mosquito repellent, prescribed medicines for high altitude sickness or motion sickness, dehydration salt.
Other Optional: Sunglasses, rubber slipper, power bank, candy, dust mask, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing to cancellations@planmypackage.com. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows :

Booking Amount is Non-Refundable
From 30 to 44 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the Total Trip Cost
From 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 75 % of the Total Trip Cost
From 0 to 14 Days prior to arrival or No Show : 100 % of the Total Trip Cost

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

In case of any adverse weather, natural calamity, local issues or Government orders, or any unforeseen circumstances happens during the Trip, Our Team would try at their level best to execute services as per itinerary but in case of it not happening, no refund would be processed. If in case, Trip couldn’t be started due to such unavoidable circumstances before starting of it, PlanMyPackage would issue a voucher for 100% of the amount which can be redeemed within 12 months from the voucher issuance date.
