Meghalaya, the land of clouds and the Scotland of the east is true in all sense as it is the wettest place globally and is mostly covered with clouds. While you reach Shillong at the height of 4,900ft, En-route visit Umium Lake set in hilly landscapes. Enter Cherrapunjee and visit the Nohkalikai waterfall along with caves known as Mawsmai. After the lip-smacking breakfast proceed towards Mawlynnong, known to be Asia’s cleanest village which gives you the inspiration to keep your area clean and witness many interesting sights like the living root bridge and the border of Bangladesh. In Shillong, you will also visit the famous Don Bosco Museum and Ward’s lake. Experience the Assamese culture and get to know their history through light and sound shows in Kalakshetra and take blessings from famous holy temples of Guwahati like Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, and Nabaragha Temple. Also for kids, we have planned a zoo cum botanical garden visit for their enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing to cancellations@planmypackage.com. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows :

Booking Amount is Non-Refundable
From 30 to 44 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the Total Trip Cost
From 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 75 % of the Total Trip Cost
From 0 to 14 Days prior to arrival or No Show : 100 % of the Total Trip Cost

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

In case of any adverse weather, natural calamity, local issues or Government orders, or any unforeseen circumstances happens during the Trip, Our Team would try at their level best to execute services as per itinerary but in case of it not happening, no refund would be processed. If in case, Trip couldn’t be started due to such unavoidable circumstances before starting of it, PlanMyPackage would issue a voucher for 100% of the amount which can be redeemed within 12 months from the voucher issuance date.
