One can easily reach Palampur as the nearest airport from Palampur is the Gaggal Airport, located approximately 38km from Palampur. Outside the airport you will have several taxis and cabs, you can hire a private taxi to reach Palampur.
The nearest railway station from Palampur is the Palampur Himachal Railway Station which is narrow gauge and about 5.4km from Palampur, however, there are no direct trains to Palampur, thus one can take a train from Delhi to Pathankot Cantt(Broad Gauge) and from Pathankot to Palampur(Narrow Gauge).
